Unfortunately the jack plug on my sennheiser mm50 headphones (with mic) broke today so I decided to strip off the plastic covering and have a bash at repairing it rather than binning them

As I'm totally new to soldering, I have absolutely no idea where each wire is supposed to go! Can anyone help me out?
