Need help with HP Line-up

MY POTENTIAL LINE-UP
#1
a. KSC-35: Portable Listening, Computer, Radio
b. MD33S or EX51/71: Places where I need isolation but not a big 'phone or critical listening
c. HD202/212Pro: Lawn Mowing, Snow Shoveling, Car Rides, Full-time 'home' headphone

Same as #1 but the HD202/212Pro will be replaced by V6 or similar (something with decent bass).

I would like (c) to be availible for about 60 USD (other 40 goes to earbud).
Is it hard to get a good fit on the HD202/212Pro?

The PX200/250's don't work with me...so I was wondering if its hard to get good isolation and sound with the HD202/212Pro.

Can anyone compare them to the KSC-35 and V6?

Please make suggestions and criticism...

How about the all-in-one solution, the sennheiser HD-25-1 ?

And I don't think the V6 is worth the added money over the HD212, though..

Someone who doesn't like the MDR-V6...interesting. I'm actually stupidly waiting for another HD25-1 deal...
