Need help wiring Panasonic EVJ

I just checked the data sheet.. can't understand it.. can someone please post a pic of what the pins are? I have the vertical mount one, but the pins are probably the same layout as the horizontal one..

EDIT: Just looked at the pic on headwize again.. and I think I got it... but just to be sure, can someone verify this for me?

Input - 5, 6 and groud 2 or 3
Output - 1, 4 and groud 2 or 3

I think you got it backwards. 1 and 4 are input. 5 and 6 are output. At least that is how I have it and it works.

the diagram provided in the link I posted has it the way you said. I am thinking it doesn't matter which is input and which is output.

cool! worked perfectly... i like these POTs, the tabs that fold down to hold the wires down is a really nice touch.. much better than the $1.50 cheapo i tried before..
