Hi all steve here. I need help on my new headphone amp Sony TA-ZH1ES.
I am using this amp with sennhesier HD820 heqdphones. I am using 4 pin xlr balanced output. Quick questions should I select high or low gain on headphone amp. And should I leave
D. C. PHASE LINEARIZER on or off with this setup. Please respound thanks so much

It’s a matter of personal choice. In my case I keep it in low gain and all the options (DSD Remastering etc) off.

I use both HD800S and LCD-X and it sounds great.
