Need Help for choosing earbud under 50$

I'm really on tight budget right now and I've found these 2  earbuds for under 40$  on ebay

Please tell me Which one is better 

sennheiser cx 3.0  or zero audio carbo tenore?

Or any other suggestion under 40$

           it's only 22$  but i'm not sure about it's authenticity

I think under 50$, a pair of earpods from Apple would be the best choice as they are very comfortable to wear and has quite ok sound quality.
