I want over the ear headphones. I don't need a lot of bass or anything. I just want a clear, overall balanced headphones.[/size]

$112 is as low as I've seen them this year. Pretty good buy if you're going to be listening to those genres.

Ultrasone HFI-780 ($140 used, probably less elsewhere if you look)
 
I don't like the M50, it isn't the most comfortable and it has very recessed mids and a small soundstage.

I don't know if it's still a valid price, but yesterday I bought a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-A900Xs from buydig for $129.00 via their ebay store.  If that's still live, they are probably the best value at that price point.  Unfortunately it's not a valid price on amazon.
