Hi all,
 
I'm looking for a pair of open over ear headphones and will give some details on the gear I'll be using them with and what I'll be listening to.  I'm willing to spend $2-300 apiece and don't mind buying used from the buy/sell forums.

Mix of 256kbps AAC, 320kbps MP3, and Rdio on portables
ALAC and FLAC on my MacBook Pro
 
Where I'll Be Listening
Mostly while chilling out at home after the wife and kids go to bed.
