need help finding a sharp neck-tie

My highschool graduation is in a month, and I'm still not prepared yet. So far I've settled on a suit, shirt and shoes, but the tie I need some advice on. I'm not the kind of guy to likes wearing suits, or wears them often. I want my tie to be bold and make a statement, no dull repetitive patterns or solids. I came across this picture of a tie I really like, but can't find it.

If anyone has seen something similar please post.

Also, for you fashion minded people out there, is there any other options besides a tie and a bowtie that would dress up the neck? I was thinking a gold pin or something, I dunno if this has been tried? Does it sound too far fetched?

What color suit/shirt?

This tie has a similar color palette to the one in the photo, and also in a non-traditional pattern, but it is slightly more understated:

oops! the suit can be either gray or navy, white shirt. It's not so much the colors but the brightness and the pattern (reminds me of tiger stripe) of the tie that I like.
