Need help finding a portable amp to match with my westone um2's

im trying to find an amp that will match up with my um2's the best. i want to get the best performance out of my iem's but when i use it with my rio carbon i keep hearing a hiss in the background. can anyone suggest a good portable amp that will bring out the performance in the um2's?

im willing to spend up to $150 on a good amp
