So im looking for a new pair of iems cuz i need the portability. My budget is around 20USD (I will consider stretching it just a bit if I have to).
I will use them as my travel headphones
 
Im looking for:
1. Good-ish SQ
2. Detachable cables (cuz they break alot)
3. Cable loops around the ear
4. Noise isolating
5. It would be nice if they were durable
 
 
I Iisten to mostly electronic and some rock
 
If you could suggest anything that would be much appreciated.

You won't find anything with replaceable cables in that price range. 
 
Your best options will be offerings from Soundmagic (E30), Monoprice (9927), and JVC (FX40).

99 euro for shure se215, lowest i know of personally and that loops over the ear.
 
now for 20 euro detach cable is useless because the cable replacement would cost the same as buying a new one.
 
id recommend you the meelectronics m6, it loops around the ear, has nice sq for the price, and personally i really liked their cable and strain reliefs, really nice soft cable and low profile jack.
