These headphones just went on sale for £109.

I'm looking for headphones for immersive fun gaming, that are also decent for competitive (footsteps).

Good for music is also plus too.

Are these a steal at £109 and will they be a good upgrade from my astro a40s that I got maybe 5-6 years ago?

It is an upgrade and it is a very good price, in my opinion. The soundstage, in particular, will I think impress you.

They tick all the boxes and are a steal. Get em! Quite fun, good enough for competitive, Just one of the best all around headphones I have. Tempted, but I don't need a second pair. ^^

Pulled the trigger on buying them.

I guess they're moving stock in time for the x3s coming but they're going to cost around £300+ from my understanding.

I may pick up a pair of 9500s if I dislike the x2hrs for competitive.
