I have a pair of K701 powered by a Wooaudio wa6 amp. I love this setup, but I am very tired of having to get up, and change cd's just when I'm beginning to relax. I have a video ipod sitting around which I rarely use, and thought it might be a good idea to put it to some use. Everything on it is ripped at 256 so the sound quality should be pretty good. I was looking at the DLO music dock that can show your music on the remotes screen, and thought this might be the answer. My question is how good is the sound quality coming off these docks. I read one person complaining about noise, I believe buzzing. Any thoughts?

The sound quality is pretty good. I would buy a cheap dock like one from Apple and then a pair of inexpensive cables from Blue Jean Cable. This dock will keep your iPod charged and the music would be piped into your receiver for under $75 including S&H.

Now if you want to take it to the max get an iMod with one of the forthcoming ALO Docks. For this you must go to your bank for a loan.

Just kidding.
