                       Well first of all I'm from India and my budget is around 2000 INR (30$). I like rock and metal mostly and listen to EDM occasionally. Please give me your suggestions. If yuo need more information, then please let me know.

That's a very modest budget.  Absent a great closeout, you will get the most for your money (based on USA prices) with an IEM.

It is, yeah. Well, I could give you a list of headphones that I liked. I can go up to say 40$, I really can't afford to spend a lot on headphones.
Here's the list (in no particular order)
 
1. JBL J03B
2. Sony MDR XB400/450
3. SoundMAGIC P30
4. Audio Technica ATH-T300
5. Sennheiser HD 218/219
6. Audio Technica ATH-S100
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

With this budget u can expect a lot, but in my opinion the "Superlux HD 668B" are the best you can find for less than 50 dollars.

I personally have been very impressed with my Audio-Technica ATHCLR100.  I use them on a regular basis in the gym and they do a great job, especially when you consider their $15 price!  I truly think they compete with IEM in the $50-100 price range.
