Need help buying a "gaming" headset, for less than $200. I also plan on switching it between my Xbox and PC

I've been looking at a couple of the usual brands and I'm leaning more towards Tritton 720+. I'd like to have 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound too, I play a bunch of different games, I just love the immersion from surround sound.
