I need some where the sound doesnt leak out. my mic picks up the sound of my open back headphones. so i rather just try some closed backs and see how they are. i do love the HD598SR tho. just dont like them feeding back in to my mic.

The HD598CS is the more balanced of the two, so that would be my personal preference. That said, bass is more extended and potent on the DT770 250, so if that is important, you might want to go with the 770. Lastly, treble on the 770 is a bit on the strident side--just so you are aware. It doesn't bother everyone..

For wearing headphones (gaming) for long periods of time, I would take the HD598CS (closed) headphones.
(as the HD598 are a more subdued sound, less fatiguing on the ear drums)
Also the 50-Ohm HD598 series is easier to drive then the DT770.
