OK. My Cosmic reference and SennHD600's arrived a few days ago. Man are they nice. I have them set up on a coffee table in my living room. The weak link now is that I my only source is a PJB100 MP3 jukebox, which is great for portable use, but not the best for "home" use ...

What should I get to really take advantage of the quality inherent in the Cosmic and Senns?

Is there a relatively compact "desktop" home CD player that will work well with my setup? Should I look for digital output and one of those CAL gamma outboard Dac's? (or some other DAC?)

Thanks dudes.

Well, I'd go for a sony SCD-C333ES. OK, it's not all compact and stuff but your cosmic+senn setup is aching for a good quality cdp.

The Sony SCD-C333ES is a board fave in terms of CDPs. Stereophile class A 5 disc SACD player for... $400. Not too bad, huh?

Buy it from JandR for $525 shipped, pricematch with Amex Blue to $400 if you can. Search the archives... I had a post about the price games.
