Need Cable Help With Pioneer SP-BS22-LR

I am not sure if this is the right place for speakers but I need cable help. I am still new to this audiophile world and have just gotten these speakers, but I have no idea how to set them up. I have heard that speaker wire works but I don't know how to insert that at all. Am I able to just buy a cable / adapter and plug it in or do I have do go through all the speaker wire trouble?

I assume you already have an amplifier?

Depends on the amp and the speakers, but in many cases, you can just tighten the bare wires to the amp terminal and the speaker terminal. I have a pair set up like that, and another pair that uses spade plugs. It's honestly much more basic than you might think.
