Need an iem for running w/specific needs

I've been toying with getting a new iem for the gym/running for a while and mine have annoyed me enough that it's finally time to make a change.  I currently have the Sennheiser OCX 685i.  I like the sound and the fit but I don't want/need a remote and I hate how the cables get caught and move around because they don't have a chin slider.
First things first: I am training for a marathon so I run 20-30+ miles/week and generally prefer something over my ears/behind the neck (and down my back) plugged into a nano 6g.  I want a chin slider so I can secure them and I'd like a thin cable so they don't interfere with sunglasses.  If I'm not running with a group or am outside I typically use one side and stow the other.  I am female if that helps for whatever reason.  You can see what I have/am used to in my signature and my main request would be not bass light but not overwhelming bass, either.  Probably looking to stay around or under $100.  I've been eyeing:
Westone 1
Shure 215 (though had fit issues with the 425)
Thanks in advance for the help!
