I were thinking get sotm sms 200ultra plus psp500 combo at first. Then I read some thread recommend build a dedicate pc with refined clock card, usb card and linear power supply. then I also come cross a stream called ds-1 audiophile streamer made by the linear solution. I intend to store all my music file local so I don't need to bother with ethernet stuff just source to dac. I know both 200ultra and ds-1 can hook up with an external drive as a music storage. Anyome compared both streamers? which route is better? (200ultra+sps500 =1700 , ds-1 1699 with smps and ocxo clock , my dac is chord qutest and amp is v281 hd800s) thanks
