let me say first off that i have no idea where to start looking. i know i should search but there would be WAY too much info to look at, almost all of which i wouldnt know about. i was surprised there was no noob stickie or forum subsection, so if you could please help or point me in the right direction. and i love you guys since you recommended me the Senn HD555s a long time ago
Source: Macbook running iTunes, mostly V0 MP3s (i dont use FLAC)
Music: Hiphop/triphop
Cans: Sennheiser HD555 (i remember something about 2 versions of these or something?)
Budget: $90 or less? (i dont know what budget range i should be looking at)
basically i feel there isnt much in the low end/bass to these cans, and i feel like the macbook cant power them good enough? i know the 555s are more capable since ive plugged them into my parents stereos and had the bass feel amazing. it is very rare if i ever use my laptop like an actual laptop, it sits mostly on my desk all the time so it doesnt nessisarily have to be a very portable amp. i dont need something amazing, but deff a stepup from the macbook soundcard
edit: actually, thinking about it now, i wouldnt mind getting an actual 2.1 stereo system to power some decent speaker and my headphones
