need amp or amp/dac help :) newbie here

hi im storm i posted last night like twice i think anyway i bought a pair of dt 990's and dt 770's both 250 ohm no amp or nothing yet they both sound really good and way different ima have a hard time letting one go but it has to be done XD im 300+ dollars poorer anyway my question is should i go with the e12 amp or 17 amp and dac for i use them with my iphin and my laptop thanks so much this site has helped me alot

I believe you can't bypass the internal DAC of the iphone with the E17 unless you do some expensive modification and E12 was built to use the Android USB out. I have the E17, there is quite a difference when I use it with my laptop but almost no difference when paired with my Galaxy S3.
