Hi All
Currently, I have WM1A with Z7m2 combination on 4.4mm.

Most of the music I am listening to is classical in the DSD files. I am not very impressed with the current setup and looking for the more big stage and detailed sound profile.

I just ordered M9 and HD800s headphone at a very good price and plan to listen M9 when I am outside.

Could anyone can give me some advice about the nice AMP/DAC for HD800s so I can enjoy at home?

Here is my thought:
1. HDV820 + WM1A source by USB port
2. Zh1es+WM1A
3. DMP-1Z ( I knew it is a big price jump)
4. HEADAMP GS-X MINI BALANCED+ WM1A using 4.4mm to dual XLR adaptor. or new DAC
5. MYTEK LIBERTY DAC +WM1A by USB
6. MYTEK AUDIO BROOKLYN DAC PLUS + WM1A by USB.

Any help and advice will be appreciated.

There really aren't any bad choices on this list at this price tier! The Senn amp is technically the spiritual partner of the HD800s, so I'm sure that'd make a great fit, along with native 4.4mm support.

I think they are all fine choices but you will probably feel the bite of the upgrade bug on the WM1A especially on 4,5 and 6 .Choice 1 will have great headphone/amp synergy and choice 2 source/amp synergy
