Need advice on a ebay seller please

Before I go ahead and purchase a pair of KLIPSCH Image Earphones from a ebay seller called "cyber_worlds" who is based in the United States has anyone dealt with him or her before.

The earphones with shipping will cost me a total of around £170 which is £80 cheaper than Amazon UK's £250 price.

They also have an Amazon.com storefront with an excellent satisfaction score: "94% positive over the past 12 months (733 ratings)".... selling them there for $295.99, which is the lowest price there.

94% is acceptable at best. I usually don't buy from those with under 98%. It's a risk, but it could have a nice reward on your end if they ship you the right item.

Really? 98%? You know unhappy people love to give feedback and satisfied people tend to not bother? I frankly don't have a lot of experience buying online, but I thought 94% with that many sales in the past year was doing well.

Im still a little undecided, on one hand a saving of £80 is great but I can get them from Amazon UK with there 30 day returns policy.

If I dont like them I can always return them for a refund.
