Hi Guys.

I'm relatively new to hi-Fi. I just got a fiio e07k for my birthday to complement my Aiaiai TMA-1 for my Laptop and Nexus 4.

Now heres my Problem. I'm in the market for a 10" tablet and narrowed it down to the Nexus 10 vs Xperia Tablet Z. Which would work besteht with my Fiio and how is the quality oft the build in speakers?

Cheers,

MoWe

Either should probably work fine with the E07, although the app USB Audio Player PRO may be required. Inbuilt speakers are better on the N10. I'd take the Sony myself (nicer form factor and micro SD slot), unless you wanted to wait for the successor to the old N10, which will probably be announced soon I would think of rumours pan out.

Hi! Thank you for the input.

I thought about waiting for the successor to the N10 since October last year and as there has nothing happened with CES 2014 and the next Event would be Google I/O in May, I rather would like to get a device now and be a happy tablet owner for the next 5 months instead of waiting for something that might not be, what we all hope it could be!

I'm leaning towards the Xperia Z more and more, especially as the 32GB Version is now cheaper than the N10 32GB...

Just as an update.

I just uncovered that Sony devices support USB Audio, so I could use my Fiio e07k without any routing of sorts. That sold the deal for me!

I will get a Sony Xperia Tablet Z this weekend I think!

Wanted to buy the 32GB Version today but it was sold out everywhere and all of the shops didn't know if they would receive new units soon!

So I'm back searching again. Two new entrys to the game are the Asus TF701T and the LG G-Pad 8.3, along with the Nexus 10.

Any new opinions?

Any Idea how to get USB Audio out to work on the Nexus? USB Audio Recorder Demo didn't work...
