There are a lot of great brands out there. But DIY is your best option as far as value and qulaity if you're okay with a soldering iron. If you'd like to commission someone to do a 'custom job' for you, contact JMT or eric343, or any of the top DIYers on the forum. And use the search function! It knoweth all that I do not!

The Zu Pivot is a nice mini->RCA, although I am sure it will run more than a DIY or non-commercial built cable.
