I'm trying to get a cable made for my COPs, but I need a little help with 3.5mm jack sizes.  I need to know what the cable entry is on the headphones so I can determine the max size of a 3.5mm jack I can buy.  I WANT to use the viablue t6s small connectors, which have an outer diameter of .346in (8.8mm) so I mainly want to know if that would fit without the need to cut out the little plastic insert inside the cable opening on the headphones.

If anyone with these cans can help me I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks

(the reason I'm asking instead of measuring myself is because I'm away for the week and they were delivered while I was away so I don't have them)

Viablue is too fat.  Its contacts are the right size (3.5mm), but its casing needs to be a bit smaller or you must dremel the cup to get it to fit.
Look at this post: link
An Oyaide mini plug designed for Ultrasones might be a better choice than a Viablue.

Even the viablue SMALL versions?

Edit - looked up those oyaide plugs. Look very nice as well, but after that extra 'thin' part, I think it would still end up hitting the opening. Ill keep looking into it
