The question is how much money? Is this going to be another $3000+ headphone?

i'm guessing it's feature a full range driver. not the combination of electret and dynamic

i thought there's going to be some meeting at last weekend.people could listen to this mysphere prototype. any impression or info?

I highly doubt it will be below $3K.

I think it will get right up against the $4K price point, like Beagle said before, around $3995 would be my guess.

The price range will be somewhere between 3k and 4k €.
In summer 2017 it will be possible to reserve a product, with zero obligation to buy, via the homepage.
Beginning of Autumn this year, the product will be presented by final samples on fairs and other events.
The reservation number can be used when ordering and will affect directly the product number and delivery date.
The total order volume will directly influence the final sales price. (Because of scaling effects)
If you have any further question, do not hesitate to send pm directly or via the homepage:

Yes, there was a meet&greet in Vienna last Saturday.

In looking at the newest photos it doesn't seem bulky or cumbersome at all.  Not embarrassing or awkward either like, for example, the Jecklin floats, or even the K1000.  It's definitely one of the coolest headphone designs I've seen in a long while.   Whatever the final price I wish them much success.   Like I said before, a project like this that becomes successful would only help spur more innovation.

Here's a snapshot of one of the prototypes shown at the meet... didn't get to hear it though. It was in high demand and I just popped in for a short time.

I personally am mainly an IEM guy, don't own any headphones. Except fully open ones, like Sony F1 and PFR V1, so the MySphere's got my attention.

man that thing looks really floating around the ear. is it comfort to wear? do you get any weird pressure at your head? can you move around when you wear it?
