Dear forum,
after about 10 years my UM3 broke. I'm looking for a replacement now.
I tried the TinHifi T1 and BLON unfortunately both didn't isolate well. On top of that the nozzle was way to wide for my ear-canal so it was painful wearing them for more than 10 minutes.
I realised that I should be looking for an all BA IEM because of the better isolation. And it needs to have a very thin nozzle.
Shure SE846 came to mind but I was wondering if these are still the best considering the rise of chi-fi. I do like the idea of having an included bluetooth cable in the package of the SE846 but I guess that's something I could buy afterwards as long as the IEM has MMCX connectors.
What are your thoughts?
