Nice work. Why make it more complicated than you have to. With the right opamp, power section and grounding, this will sound as good as any 1 000 $ high end amp. Some opamps might need a small cap in parallel with R3/R4, and some might sound better with a resistor in series with the output. 1 k input resistor might be a little high, but I doubt you'll hear much difference. If high speed opamps are used, small ceramic caps from as close to the opamps power pins to ground might be needed.

you can put small caps on the R3R4 directly if needed ,because it is a tiny pcb.
also power small caps.
1k consists of LPF with the small cap behind it.
