Being new to the portable amp arena, I thought i'd take a little time show what I've acquired to date, working patiently for a Ray Samuels Emmeline Predator.

Hey lewislink, where did you get that stunning amp?- top photo on the left......

I warned you about the pitfalls of amps and the world of hurt it will cause to your wallet

Your patience will be repayed over and over with the predator- i really did find it to sound stunning.

Ps- do the depod mod to the im716's if you haven't already done so, it opens up the sound even further.

Hehe...Yeah, they are another money pit.

How do you do the depod? Is it something as easy as snapping covers off then splicing wire ends together and soldering?

If you have pictures of the internals of the pod, that would be incredibly helpful to me in preparing for such a mod?
