They use incorrect fuse. Do you see a thin wire spiral winding on a ceramic tube? If you do, then it is inductive type. Sensitive equipment with toroidal transformer benefit from non-inductive type of fuse (which is a straight wire), so HF noise energy generated on rectifiers can find a way outside through the transformer instead of adding noise to the power rails.

Find a fuse with straight wire and it should be a slow-blow type of the same amps rating.

ヒューズを交換するときに、ユニットのすべてのネジを外す必要がありますか?
Probably not, when you start you will eventually find out. However remember to unplug power cord first. All other things you can screw up, but not this one. :)

Haha! Just the top plate needs to come off.

While I wait for the fuse, the plugged superchord gold MK ll plugged into the Pegasus has filled my headphones with rich warm energy and extra texture, even better separation, a more holographic sound stage, distant sounds are cleaner.
This cable has a ridiculous price

昨夜交換したばかりですが、解像度が高く、音質が気に入っています。

According to Aoshida, the DAC uses both fuses in 115V operation and just a single fuse in 220V (2A small slow/delay fuses). See below:

"The engineer said from the live wire of the power tailstock to the fuse is the direction marked by you.
The red color is the fuse of 220V operation,
For 115V operation, the red color and blue color works at the same time."

Would these be the correct ones you purchased?

あなたの印象は何ですか
I don't think it's in its element as it's only been 24 hours since the replacement, but the quick rise and clear sound quality that is characteristic of this DAC stands out. Most importantly, the separation of the sound is excellent and the hierarchical sound field is three-dimensional. The delicate high frequencies that are characteristic of pure silver are also fully felt, an incredible effect for an investment of less than $100! I recommend this one.

It is bad that RadioSack is not anymore, as you could buy such fuse for few cents. :)
