Musical Fidelity V-dac?

I was just checking out Musicdirect's new catalog and stumbled upon the new v-dac from Musical fidelity. It's described as a high quality dac in a budget shell. Looks interesting. Check it out on Audioadvisor and Musicdirect. If anyone has demoed it would love to hear about impressions. BTW, it's 299, with 24bit 192khz upsampling.
