You know all what I'm talking about.

What songs do you really like but wouldn't be caught dead listening to by anyone.

For me... and this is painful...

Nelly Furtado - Do It .... I can't stop sneaking a listen when my roommates are all asleep...

Zone - Akashi (a Japanese high school girl rock band)

^_^;

... oh yeah, and I used to really be into the intro for the anime To Heart... or anything by Megumi Hayashibara (but that was in high school!)

Don't be ashamed of your music!

I suppose small hellogoodbye fits would be mine, but that is only with other people anyways.

Air Supply, Ricky Martin, and Britney Spears. For each, I just have their greatest hits CD, so I'm not that big a fan of them.

lol, some really great responses. I will definitely have to search through my sister's/gf/parents cd collections to give them a shot ;P

The beatles?? how the heck is that a guilty pleasure? (unless you run with the death metal group or something i guess)

I hate the term guilty pleasures; why should I feel guilty for listening to music I like?

But here are some bands/artists that I like that are popular to the point of being universally hated because of their popularity (in order of how much I like them, most to least):

Coldplay
Slipknot
Justin Timberlake
Green Day

First, it's important to know that I have no shame in any of the music I listen to. But when I'm rolling in this:

And blasting with this:

My friends look at me a little funny when I choose to spin this:

...seriously, Herb Alpert rules.
