I need some suggestions for super high-quality classical and vocal cd's. I have a ton of different genres, but lacking in wonderful classical selections and rich vocal perfomances. Any and all help would be much appreciated.

Try any recordings by Sumi Jo, which is one of the greatest present-day opera singers.

And on the jazz side, pick up any of the recordings by Madeleine Peyroux--also a great singer, on the jazz side of things.

One of my favorite classical recordings is Beethoven's 5th & 7th Symphony's conducted by Carlos Kleiber. Be sure to get the hybrid sacd version. The sacd layer is stunning to these ears.
