It's not even on the soundtrack! What's the name of that music from the trailer and the car-spinnin' scene?

Yeah that's a real pet peeve of mine when there's a really sweet song for a movie's trailer or whatever and its not on the soundtrack. Esp when I buy the soundtrack just to try and attempt to figure out what the song is! Now with the internet being at the level it is now it isn't really hard to figure out this type of thing so I can just buy the album, but still annoying.

On the trailer one track is from the bar-kays and the other is from Van Halen.
