Arvo Part's Alina. Possibly the most beautiful piece of music I have. More relaxing than uplifting, but you'll feel better after a listen.

Put on some of Ride's quieter works, they're very beautiful. Such songs like "Chrome Waves","OX4" and "In A Different Place" are great to relax to at a low volume.

Ha. Isn't this fitting. I've skipped work today...seeing my Doc soon. Feels like the flu to me, aches, headache and upset stomach.

I just keep the volume very low.

i don't know anything about classical... but if i had migranes i used to put a classical radio FM on (one with minimal talk & adverts, mostly music, internet radio would probably work better) at low volume, in a shaded room, with window slightly open. obviously this may differ to your situation but good temperature, light levels & gentel outside ambient noise wafting through quiet classical music i always found theraputic.
