Music and wives

How come women dont appreciate good sounding music like guys do? I can have the most coolest fantastic sounding music playing and tell my wife "Hay listen to this,its the most coolest fantastic sounding music ever!!!"
And she will say "yes it sounds good Rod," but I know shes just patranizing me.I can tell such things.
So I say "but,but baby I just spent 2000 dollars on this and I dont feel that you are as enthused as me"
So she goes"Well music is just music.It sounds nice.
So I say"It sounds Nice?Nice?It is the greatest coolist sounding music ever. How can you say that.(she kinda hurt my feelings)
And she says"Rod its OK I know you work hard and I dont mind if you have something that you can enjoy after a hard day at work."
I love her so much.

They do

Just that most female ears are so much keener there's no need for any exotic equipment to aid in the hearing (or clutter up the house with)

there are some of us damned with poor hearing that have to also supplement it with this hifi junk

My wife isn't a total music junkie like me but atleast she does appreciate my intense desire for it.

Im only 17 so I do not have a wife but it is the same with my mom and girls at school. They tend to think my headphones are silly :-\.

ask them how much they spend on clothes and makeup / other stuff that tries to make them beautiful. then call them silly

All the girls I know spend most of there money on clothes/makeup/hair products and are either spoiled or spend all there money from there job. In the end they don't have any money in the bank account which is why they need a boyfriend/husband

wow you know some lame women...

opposite with me...i spend all my money on headphone equipment, computers and gear for rollerhockey and tennis...my boyfriend is a chef, and he needs to borrow money from me...talk about generalizations!

Sometimes it has nothing to do with how bad your hearing is, some of us just like to horde things just to appease our OC personalities

and according to all that lingo about male/female brain differences, women have a keener sense of smell, not hearing

My wife loves music, loads of stuff, has a big collection but doesn't care too much aout how it's reproduced. Obviously she prefers it to sound good but doesn't go out of her way to achieve it. She does appreciate good gear though and completely understands and supports my hobby. She doesn't like headphones as she hates the feelng of isolation but she is on our side in spirit.
