iTunes
"Mainlist" has songs A-Z

I want a "gym list" which contains songs A, B, C and D
If I set up a second list and do this, it physically copies the song on there twice, which sucks and is ineffecient and stupid.

What do I do?

Hmmm, my iTunes only places a reference to the song instead of duplicating the physical file twice.

Can you list the steps on how you add songs to your playlists?

Create new list, drag/drop from library.

Should I be drag/dropping from the main list instead?

Shouldn't matter; it should be the same.

When you do a right-click and 'Get Info' on those repeated tracks, you mean the 'Where' info points to different files?
