Hi!

Are there any desktop amplifiers with MQA-support small enough to fit on a desk with limited space?

With a max budget off a 1000$.

Its gonna be connected to a Macbookpro late 2016.

Right now, the smallest footprint MQA supported device I can think of is the AudioQuest DragonFly Black and DragonFly Red. The DragonFly Red is around $200, and the Black is around $150. You can learn more about them here, and a bit about MQA on the DragonFly here.
