I am getting extremely annoyed with my Sony D-CJ01 MP3/CD player and its inability to fast forward while playing MP3 files.

Will the Ipod and NJB3/Zen both allow me to do this? To anyone who owns both, is there any difference in how fast they fast forward?

Sorry for the simple question but I really couldn't find a definitive answer anywhere else and I did look.

Yes, the iPod will let you do this

with ipod, you can use the dial to jump to any point of the song.

with NJB3/Zen you hold down the FF button and it speeds up the longer you hold it down
