Hello there
I have been searching and trying various headphones for using with my tv, but my problem is i have very sensitive ears and find most headphones uncomfortable after 30m-1h.
I know i might have too many criterias to find a good headphone, but cant hurt to try
-I have rather big ears (6,7cm long, 4 wide, 2.7 deep) so need big cans
-My ears gets very hot in most cans (havent tried open back yet)
-I have a minor hearing problem on left ear so i dont like too high treble or "screaming sound"
-Dont like the foam padding on phones like Grado
-They cant bee too bulky so they hit my shoulder laying sideways on the couch (sennheiser 5xx size are fine tho)
-Prefer wired 3.5 mm jack (have had too many problems with my bluetooth transmitter)
-They cant have too much jaw pressure
Headphones i have tried are :
Beyerdynamic Byron in-ear : so far my best option, but wanna try a little "wider" sound, and the seal does annoy a little after a while
Sennheiser RS175 (too bulky, too hot, some jaw pressure)
Sennheiser Rs 120 (semi decent, but the fabric and on-ear annoys too much)
Sennheiser 569 (the little bump inside the cans hit my ears and hurt after 30 min)
Soundblaster Jam (cant stand the foam padding)
Skullcandy Uproar (too hot "swampy" ears after 20 min)
Apple Airpods (too high treble, not too comfy)
Headphones i want to try, and need some info on is :
Beyerdynamics 880/250ohm (semi open)
AKG K702
Does the semi open/ full open make them much colder than closed cans
Are the treble too high (read something about reference have high treble and lower bass)
Do they need an Amplifier to sound decent (dont need super sound just decent)
Do they clamp much on the jaw
Sennheiser 599 :
Do they have a different size than the 569 model, or do they have same depth with the little bump inside
On-Ear Headphones :
I have only tried non expensive ones and didnt like the cramping on the ears, but will there be much difference in comfort/heat if i buy more expensive ones like Bose soundlink or Philips Fidelio
In-ear Headphones :
My Beyerdynamic Byrons are the ones i use most, but will comply foam make them more comfortable and less feeling of seal.
Are there any other in-ears that really has a much better sound than these for movies (thinking like Shure SE 125KE, or Bose Soundtrue)
Budget ~200EU
Any kind of input or suggestions are appreciated
