The most expensive cheap looking product ever. Yep, real gold and genuine leather, but who care if they look like the kitchiest pair of Skullcandys ever made.

Honestly, the design of the Apple Headphones is "redundancy on steroids".
Isn't this APPLE?
Arn't they the (hype), epitome of breakthrough aesthetic design AND Tech? ?
So, if that is true, then why create something "new' that is the same shape as all the $39 Chinese headphones created for the last 25 yrs?

Masters & Dynamic's for example, creates a "Riff" on this same basic design, and its much better., as the MH40.
You can get that one in about 10 colors, and its Lambskin, and cool.
They even connected with Lamborghini and Leica, and Ray Ban, and some Pro USA Athletes for some special editions.

Typical from uneducated but wealthy people. I will not see a nobel prize, a maestro, etc using this. Not even bother with this.
We really need a reset, imo.
