I want a comfortable pair of IEMs. I rarely listen to music. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and youtube videos. My budget is under £100.

Either an IT01 or a ZS10 would be fairly comfy. I think the IT01 is a bit more comfortable, personally, but others may prefer the ZS10. Just my take and YMMV, as always.
