Hey guys in you opinion what is the most comfortable earbuds for around $100. All i've ever had were cheap ones and they all hurt like hell. I'm willing to spend up to $150 for some good sounding and comfortable earbuds. Thanks

The diameter and shape of the earbud makes a big difference in comfort. Of course the size of your ears determines whats comfortable to you, but I really like a cheapie, the philips SHE2650 for comfort.

To the OP, you may get more answers if you post in the portables section.

I agree, the size of the earbud can make a huge impact on comfort. The Senns for me are uncomfortable. Too bulky. Yet the JVC Gumy Aircushions are great. They sound good too. But what makes them ideal for me is the slightly oval air cushion that surrounds them. I can wear them for hours with no discomfort.
