I realize I'm a bit late to the K450/Q460 party, but I hope this helps someone else out who might be frustrated if their pair has this problem. My "refurb" pair had a rattle on the left side because the "AKG" name plate was a little loose. Here's some pictures of them opened up and some CA glue applied to hold the thing in place. Also a look inside for anyone who's interested in mods.
