Hey all, has anyone send in their turbines under the lifetime warranty recently? I have used the Monster contact us form a dozen times and have not gotten a response.

Monster is out of business. Even if they were still in business, they haven't manufactured Turbine Pros in almost a decade.

Oh wow. That explains why they wont email me back. The problem is that cable broke, with a little solder work i may be able to salvage them. Thanks

Maybe look into sending them off to be converted to MMCX. I wish I still had my Turbine Golds. They were the first good IEMs I ever bought and got me started in this hobby. I sold them to a guy on the forums here back in 2010ish.
