Monster Turbine High-Performance IEM question

I just purchased these head phones and have question regarding the cord slide that is supposed to be included with these IEMs. Is the cord slide something that the user has to attach? I thought that the plastic part where the cords come together might separate and be the cord slide but it doesn't appear to come apart. I don't see a slide anywhere in the package although I did find the cord clip.
 
Maybe I just didn't get one with mine. Anyway, can someone tell me if it is a separate piece???

Nope, you don't get a cord slider.

That's one of the complaints I have with my turbines, no stress relief anywhere and I'm starting to see discolorations of the rubber at joints already

The regular Turbines will not have a cable slider, but the Turbine Pro's will have.
