I swear LMAO. They're a great IEM but even the OG MSRP of $400 was pushing it.

From what I recall, MD trumpet sounded dark coming from the turbine pro copper. I thought there was something wrong with it due to having a veil to the it's color. There was truely a veil to it's sound, and it did sounded like it was purposely done because it was too obvious in iit's color, and wasn't even close to representing recordings in a transparent manner.

So yeah, overpriced iem that had it's own moment of hype.

Yea it's moment was when they cleared them out along with the tributes for $125 a pair. WHich is about what both are worth. It wasn't awful sounding but not reference either , but what is almost every headphones adds something.

Aw man I love the Trumpets! To many they were more detailed and balanced than the Tributes! I don't get a dark or veiled sound from mine at all
