It's the entire headband assembly, yokes, spring band, and strap. The reason that I know is because I ordered one but haven't bothered to install it. No idea how Adorama is selling it for so cheap. @OldDude04 found it originally, it think.

I don't know if there is one definitive best for everyone, but my personal favorite is the Emotiva BasX A-100. I use the jumpers that came with the amp to run all of the power from the internal speaker amp through the headphone jack and it gives me tons of headroom to run planar magnetics. I enjoy the sound of the A-100, it reminds me of a vintage receiver, slightly warm with detail.

I had it and loved it but it is bass shy so I sold it because how little use I gave it. However, pair it with the schiit Loki EQ and you'll thank me later.

As OldDude04 said, the Emotiva BasX A-100 is a good pairing (I run mine in the lower power mode so I don't accidentally bump the volume knob and blow my headphones up... but there is still plenty of headroom with it). The IFI iCAN SE also pairs pretty well with it.

I didn't want to take a hammer to my headband to get the pins out so I 3D printed some pins.

Seems pretty good so far, we'll see how it holds up.
