What tubes did you receive and install in LP? Also - when turning off LP at night, do you unplug the power supply from the AC (not the cord to back of LP)?
I bought a new set of Electro-Harmonix 6922. On a budget right now, and I do enjoy their sound. And I simply turn off the amp using the power switch. I don't unplug it.

The plan was to make my debut on this thread, but had to wait a little longer until the new account constraints were lifted.

Could not make my very first post on Head-Fi, but certainly can make my 1000th. Here is an old image from my unboxing day, more than 4 years ago.

Long live to the Liquid Platinum. :muscle:

Happy Holidays. :santa:

Well said. I got mine at discount... but after tube rolling, maybe not :) I'd pay full price for it given that I've tried several other amps but haven't found one that can match this. I've most recently replaced my Gustard desktop DAC with the Cayin RU7 in LO mode to the LP and I'm really impressed with this combo.
Does anyone know if Dr. Cavalli has any plans to design more headphone amplifiers for Monoprice? Wishing everyone on this thread a Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah! 😊

I think Dr. Cavalli is happily retired now, but I keep hoping for a Monoprice version of the Liquid Glass.
That would be nice. IMO the Liquid Platinum and Liquid Spark offer the Cavalli house sound at a fraction of the price of Dr. Cavalli's own in house built headphone amplifiers. It would be nice if he designed at least one more headphone amp for Monoprice, and as you say, a Monoprice version of the Cavalli Liquid Glass would be great!
